Incase you haven’t read my ‘about me’ section I am studying abroad in Florence, Italy for the spring 2015 semester! I am so excited for the new experience of living in a new city. I have lived in the same town for nearly my entire twenty one and a half years of existence and I go to school just a short 42 mile drive from home.
I will now be living 4,875 miles from home where I don’t know the language and only know a handful of other people in the area (who are all from my home university). I am so excited. I love the idea of going somewhere and starting fresh, meeting new people, and just figuring out the life of the city.
Although I am going to miss all my friends, family, and not to mention my last semester of college I cannot wait to start this new experience! I hope you follow my travels on my blog during the four months I spend abroad!
